We are using DNN 5.6.2 version for one of our application. We have successfully configured and it working fine. But, recently we found that, the online user module behave very strange. Sometime we get the correct online user list and sometime no results and sometime wrong results.
we have checked the scheduler  for online user. also, we have checked this problem by using "Request" and "Timer" based scheduler but still it gives same results.

Are we missing anything in terms of configuration?

Please help!!

Regards,
Arvind
