I am somewhat of a newbie to DNN. Several years ago I spent a few months learning it, but haven't done any work since then.  I now have a new project and want some advice on the best tools for developing functionality quickly. Back then I tried out Dr Nuke, and nucleus/reactor, and now recently have tried artisteer and nukeville/skinlab. I also used Nav-xp for menuing which was very flexible. Ideally, it seems, there should be  product that combines that menuing and skinning functionality, but I haven't seen that.  BTW, page load time and being SEO friendly is very important to me. Way back when, when I liked the nav-xp functionality for menuing, but when I tried to integrate it with skins other than those provided by nav-xp, I needed lots of help and it was tedious.
