Hi all,

I am using dnn5.6.2. My site was working fine till today morning, When I check in the evening it is showing

This site is currently Unavailable

Please check back later

Please help me in this issue how can I solve this issue.. The site was live on IP and very soon we are going to live it on domain. Please if any body has solution to run the site again..

Hi Sansugoi,

Try to restart the site by overwriting the web.config file. Download your web.config and set your custom errors to off for more detailed mesage.

Thanks for you reply, I have re-saved the web config file but still the same error is displaying...

Hi,
I think this error generaly occurs when your website encounters connexion problems with SQL Server.
Check the SQL Server service if it's running.

If the SQL service is currently running, you may want to try recycling the application pool in IIS for your DNN site.
