Ok. I manage to re-install File Manager module (I create a package from a localhost installation) but now i am again in the state before the uninstallation process.
So the problem is when i click in a folder under the portal root, the file manager didn't respond to the new selected item (it only select this item visually without opening the files inside the folder in the right pane.
I can't  either create a new folder or delete a folder ( When i try to delete images folder wich is under portal root folder a confirmation message appear and ask me if i want to delete portal root folder even if images folder is selected).
Is that a problem with permissions??
I set portal root folder permissions to full access including files and folders under that directory from my websites control panel but it didn't see any difference.
I have 3 websites online. In one of them the file manager working, but on the other two the file manager module behaves like i explain above.
Can you tell me what to do so the file manager module be functional?
Thank you!
