AddThis uses a markup to customize many of it's advanced features. Things like the size of the FB Like button and the orientation of the FB like count. They take the format of:

However, the g:plusone:parsetags and g:plusone:size attributes trip up .Net/DNN...

Error: Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/0/Skins/MySkin/Skin.ascx, Error: The string 'g:plusone:size' contains too many device filters. There can be only one.

I tried to no avail, how can I get around this?

I haven't seen this before myself, but that's because I haven't tried it...

A workaround for this might be to use a little jQuery magic. Try something like this:

jQuery(document).ready(function () {
jQuery('.addthis_button_google_plusone').att('g:plusone:parsetags', 'explicit').att('g:plusone:size', 'small');
});

Well that didn't work but some more research turned up this.

Or in my case:

    Protected Sub Page_Load()
    End Sub
    Protected Function GetPlusoneCode() As String
        Return String.Format("{0}=""{1}""", "g:plusone:size", "small")
    End Function
script>

  <a class="addthis_button_google_plusone" <%= GetPlusoneCode() %>>a>
div>

Messy and technical but it does work.
