Hi,

I was working on my site as I normally do when all of the sudden this redirect keeps coming up when ever I try to access www.cinemacafe.com.do/default.aspx. It keeps sending me to http://www.cinemacafe.com.do/Install/... and I've no Idea why this happens.

I didn't install anything new, I just updated a text module. Please help. Why does this happen and how do I avoid it? is  there a setting in web.config to stop this?

Thanx

Could you be more specific about the 'text module' you updated; i.e. was it simply adding text in a module on a page, or did you upgrade the rev of some installed module of  DNN (software)?

This sounds like where and how DNN would respond to an upgrade with autoupgrade mode set to false.

I'm not a guru, but your message looked familiar as I just did a bunch of upgrades...

See thread

Apparently an expired db password can kick off the Install Wizard, too...
