Requested URL: /root/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Fck/fcklinkgallery.aspx

Please check the Admin-->Event Viewer to see if a more detailed error (including stack trace) has been logged and post the complete error message to this thread.

Also please provide the following:

1. DotNetNuke framework version?
2. HTML module and FCKEditorProvider versions?
3. Have you checked that the file fcklinkgallery.aspx exists in the path indicated?

I suspect that this might be related to the automatic portal alias mapping issues in DNN 5.6.x (if you are using one of the 5.6.x versions, that is). If so, check the portal's portal alias mapping settings - when logged in as host user go navigate to Host-->Portals, click on the edit pencil for the portal that is having this problem and open the sections Advanced Settings then Portal Aliases. What are the values for "PortalAlias Mapping Mode" and for "Auto Add Portal Alias" ?
