In the form and list module there is an option to delegate a field type of "Download", when a non administrator who has access to upload a document to this field type selects the File Location dropdown they are shown every folder and file from the root of the portal down to every file below regardless of the folder permissions defined in the rest of the tool rendering the security roles useless. How can I restrict the document folders available to form editors to a folder(s) that is either restricted to the user role permissions or to a designated folder.

FnL is using core URLcontrol for selection. File and folder permissions are controlled in using File Manager in Admin menu.
