The problem is when host header specified in web.config (e.g /dnn subdirectory)
URLs with human friendly structure fails to display.
(instead application still looks for files under /dnn subdirectory)

However, disabling Human Friendly URLs in web.config solves the problem of Host Header with the compensation of Human Friendly URLs.

Applies to: DNN 5.6.2 (maybe previous releases as well)
