Files are not opening when logged OUT of a site, only opens/downloads when logged in.

We get the 'HTTP 404 - File not found' error. However, if we put the direct path in the browser to the file, it is there. Just doesn't seem to work when uploaded via the editor.

So, we upload a file (pdf, ppt, word, etc) via the fck editor, and it does not open unless logged into the site.

We recently upgraded from 5.2 to 5.6.1. This issue was not present in 5.2.

Any ideas? We went live last night with the site and found this out.

Thanks!
