About the Module

Why We Created This Module

We believe in using the best technology for the job. Blogging content, news and announcements is not only important for SEO reason, but is a very convenient way to contribute to an active website.

DotNetNuke is excellent for highly functional websites (and we use it all the time), but it is not the best blogging technology. Wordpress for example is advanced in blogging as DotNetNuke is for CMS websites. We use and equip our clients to use advanced blogging technologies such as Wordpress for content creation. When combined with Microsoft Live Writer, the results are perfect.

We needed a way to easily bring this dynamic content from a blog, into a DotNetNuke CMS. Mushroom Lite is the solution we built, and the results are excellent.
