I am cross posting this from the skinning sub forum (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/109/threadid/422933/scope/posts.aspx)

There seems to be an issue with FF5 and skins made using the dnn:NAV function. It does not do it on all of my sites... but if you go to the link above you will see some sample code from my menus that do not work properly in FF5 when navigating back and forth with the browser back button...

Any one else having their menus disappear? Please let me know. Thanks.

This happens to me as well.  I'm using the standard dnn navigation control (~/Admin/Skinks/Nav.ascx) and provider (DNNMenuNavigationProvider).  On refresh or back click, the menu just disappears in Firefox 5.  It doesn't happen in any version of IE as far as I can tell.  Current versions of Chrome, Safari, and Opera are not affected either.  Only Firefox.

I submitted this issue to DNNCorp tech support.  The response:

Hi,

I've reproduced similar problem in FF5 using default skin
and added new bug to Gemini base on this ticket:
DNNPRO-17476 - Default Skin - menu disappears in FF5 when using back button or refresh 

For now I don't have any information about possible work-around. 
I'll keep this ticket opened for couple of days and will update it as soon as I get any work-around related info.

Glad to see they reproduced it. Hopefully we can get a fix for version 5.x.x - I am not ready to move to 6.x just yet
