Strangely enough, I think the "Purge Module Cache" and the Event entry could be related.
I have had a look into the Events source code for this piece.
The Event mail creation looks things up in the cache, so if things are wrong with the cache, it could ripple to the Events module.
Can you try to switch caching to memory? Host -> Host Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Module Cache Provider: Memory
And also clear cache there?

I did change the system time.  I changed to memory, dumped the cache and restarted the app. Although now the time stamps seem to be right the errors still persists.

i do not know where it is coming from, but is the Events notification still throwing errors now?
As for the Scheduler: are you familiar with SQL? Switch off all schedules, delete (with SQL) all records from the ScheduleHistory table (that will trigger fresh starts for all defined schedules) and successively enable the different schedules

I resolved the Purge Module Cache issue by deleting all files in /portals/0/cache. Still receiving the events error I next reset every template. That did not correct the issue either. I'll try deleting the schedule history in the database next. Thank you for guidance. Jason

All Schedules disabled, all rows deleted in ScheduleHistory. Restarted Schedules. Purged event logs, manually execute Events and it still fails with the same error message....
