Hi,

When logged to dubai portal  as SuperUser, I can't find a user who is a London portal user. However I can find him when I login to the London portal.

It would seem that SuperAdministrator doesn't have rights to search other global territories. Am i right?is Super user doesn't see all users in the users table?

thanks

This is as per design. Although super users has all the rights to see all the users, but the super user needs to login into specific portals to see users belonging to that specific portal.

if logged into the London portal, you should be able to see the user - unless his account is marked to be deleted
