I just upgraded from 5.6.2 to 5.6.3. The upgrade finished successfully. I started testing my site to make sure that it all worked. When I go to my forums and click on a thread I get the error page I.E. cannot display the web page. 

Has anyone else had this problem or does someone have any idea what might have happened?

Paul, are you using latest version of core Forums module?
Please post associated error details from Admin :: Event Log.

did you clear server and client cache, please check, that all core DNN files in /bin folder are replaced during upgrade.

I cleared the cache on client and server and checked that the files in the /bin folder were replaced during upgrade. Still throws the same error. Also if I try to create a new thread it throws this error when I hit submit:
