Hello, the getting started page links to lots of useful information (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Getting-Started.aspx), but as a developer you probably want to focus on http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/loc/allpages/Cat/Development.aspx - http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Wiki/Page/Module-Development.aspx in particular is a good starting point with lots of links to relevant articles and videos.

Hello Imran, I'm not sure what you mean by your request -DotNetNuke CE is free and can be developed against using any approriate tools (e.g. you can use the free visual studio express products). The templates that lots of developers use to speed development (e.g. http://christoctemplate.codeplex.com/ ) are usually free. In fact all you usually need to pay for is a hosting provider (if you're not hosting the website yourself)

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're looking for dnn web hosting service right? There're many good ones for example arvixe, powerdnn, winhost etc.
