Hi,

I've developed a suite of modules that integrate with MS Dynamics GP to provide Financial Variance Analysis and Reporting functionality.  The application has been in use for several months by the client that contracted me to build the app.  I'm now in position to market this solution to other companies that use Microsoft Dynamics GP as their accounting platform.

Ideally, I would like to offer a 30 day-trial period for the custom modules - and I want the license to be server based - with one license per instance of the application - with no restrictions on the number of child portals in each instance.    After 30 days, they would have to obtain a license.

Does anyone know of a third-party component that integrates with ASP.net for this type of functionality?

Alternatively, do you have any suggestions as to how best impliment this type of licensing.

FYI - here is the application:  http://dynamicsvrs.com/

Thanks in advance.

I used something from Xheo a couple years back that basically did what you want. Check out their site to see if they are a good fit for you.

Thanks for the tip - just downloaded the trial edition.  Looks like it may do the trick.

Licence Master is a complete licensing solution for DNN module developers. You install it in your DNN site just like any other module. You integrate your modules with Licence Master using a Client API library. This library enables the module to communicate with your licence server and to manage and validate licence keys.

Licence Master manages all aspects of the licensing process including issue, registration, upgrades, renewals and automated notifications.

You can also use it to manage free trials.
