I retried and using the Web Platform Installer, then ran Auto on the Install Wizard with the following result.

hmm, 'Thread was being aborted. at" can appear when a site times out (or is forceably recycled due to excessive usage). I'd recommend trying a custom build and installing the minimum amount -as you will page through multiple steps rather than trying to do it all in 1 chunk (which looks like it timed out after 2 minutes) its more likely to succeed.

I'm using DNN on a GODADDY account and after the upgrade I'm having this same issue. Once 6.0.0 is installed I get the

same problem with 6.0.1 source converted to azure web role, and I did run the resource installer, there are no zip files uninstalled. I'm running this on my local machine to get everything configured before deploying to azure.

Same problem with clean 6.0.1 normal install. After install Turkish language, this same error appeared:

Couldn't load menu style 'DNNStandard': System.InvalidOperationException: Stack empty.at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowInvalidOperationException(ExceptionResource resource)at System.Collections.Generic.Stack`1.Pop()at DotNetNuke.Web.DDRMenu.TemplateEngine.TokenTemplateProcessor.LoadDefinition(TemplateDefinition definition)at DotNetNuke.Web.DDRMenu.TemplateEngine.TemplateDefinition.FromManifest(String manifestUrl)at DotNetNuke.Web.DDRMenu.TemplateEngine.TemplateDefinition.FromName(String templateName, String manifestName)at DotNetNuke.Web.DDRMenu.MenuBase.Instantiate(String menuStyle)

module needs some code modifications.To quickly fix this error, under menu style folder (DNNStandard menu style) rename "Images" folder to "images"

This DNNstandard style folder is located under "Portals/_default/Skins/DarkKnight/DNNStandard"
