Unfortunately no - the dnn version is named entirely differently - and not treated as an upgrade of the dnnwerk version.
Also there are a number of new config settings in the dnn version - so you would really need to work thru those firstly
and make a new master template to copy from.

So, if I'm running the dnnwerk provider on DNN 5.x and want to upgrade to 6.x I'm wondering what would be the best procedure for "migrating" my editor configuration(s).

Should I revert back to the normal 5.x RAD Editor Provider just prior to the upgrade?

upgrade should work directly from dnnWerk editor as well.

DNN treats the dnnwerk provider and the new dotnetnuke.radeditor providers as separate entities - after the upgrade you will have both providers on your system.

You need to manually switch providers - AND manually migrate your editor configs - as there have been a number of changes between the two especially in the config section.

I have been able to get the new editor working in an upgrade instal by copying the RadEditorProvider files over and editing the web config but HTML Editor Manager doesn't appear in the Host menu which limits how you can configure it.

Anyone have ideas on how to fix that?
