The upgrade went flawless. I had an issue with our DNN360 sliding flash menus, but that was resolved quickly with a patch from DNN360. I found a new issue. All of my modules no longer stack under each other in the same container. The next module in the same container will line up even with the bottom of the longest module in any of the containers on the same level.

An example;

I have 2 short stacked HTML modules that have a few cells in the left container. I have a very long announcement module in the content container. The second HTML module in the left container shows up even with the bottom of the announcement module in the content container. This issue only showed up after upgrading from 5.6.3 to 6.0. I tried deleting and installing modules but I get the same result.
