I'm running it on DNN 5.6.2 and the answer cannot be loaded as well.

Btw, this is what I get from Firebug console when click on the question:
uncaught exception: [Exception... "'Sys.ArgumentException: Sys.ArgumentException: Cannot deserialize empty string. Parameter name: data' when calling method: [nsIDOMEventListener::handleEvent]" nsresult: "0x8057001c (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_JS_OBJECT)" location: "JS frame :: resource://firebug_rjs/net/spy.js :: callPageHandler :: line 796" data: no]

I had same situation and fixed it by adding content of DesktopModules\FAQs\Scripts\AjaxFaq.js to my page because browser does not correctly handle script url:
"NetworkError: 400 Bad Request - http://localhost:1334/site1/DesktopModules/FAQs/scripts%5CAjaxFaq.js"

Bit of a novice to this, but this is a shout out to anyone that can help with a missing FAQ module in DNN version 5.  The FAQ module is missing from my instance.  Yes ive made sure all the modules are alocated at host and admin level.

Please help

The module works perfect in my DNN installation 6. But it is then notupgraded.

My advice is to:
Reinstall the module and see if there are any dependent (DLLs) that can affect. Missing or not updated.
