Hi. I am having a web application made for me and when they made the skin for it, they left a lot of extra stuff between the top nab and the sub nav. It looks like they may be titles of the modules.

One of them says "you are here" and then the name of the navigation tab.

Another one is a title to a map application.

The other one looks like it may be part of the login? But it has a logo in it. The logo was just suppose to be a simple font above the top navigation.

I just wanted the top and sub navigation to be together and have like 90% of the page to be map and side bar.

They seam to think that it is a big deal.

Please help.

Thanks

Without seeing the actual site and understanding what your developers are having issues with it is hard to understand what the issue would be.

The dnn skinning system pretty much lets a developer that knows what they are doing conform dnn to look however they want.

Hi Craig,

The skin is just a modified default DNN6 Dark Knight skin.

The "You are here" line is known as the "breadcrumb" and can be removed, this thread may help http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Resources/Forums/forumid/-1/postid/319234/scope/posts.aspx

The name of the module (I assume you're referring to Intro on the Home page) can easily be removed by unticking Display Container under Page Settings in the module settings.

The one that looks like may be part of the logon ... are you referring to the search box at the top right? Again refer to the link above.

Hope that helps!

Oh and they didn't even bother to remove the default footer Quick Links and Sponsors on the Home page.
