I have created a login module on my member's only page and when a new user signs up the information goes to the database and they are able to log in.  Right after they sign up they get a message that says the Error: User Registration is currently not avaiable.  When I check the Event viewer I noticed that it is not accepting my email as being vaild.

Host email is not involved, but please check the email address in user account of the admin, specified in site settings. you might also need to make sure, the SMTP account specified in Host Settings has been granted "relaying".
