When not loged in as admin, the Nav menus are not visible, when loged in as either host or admin they are. Can't figure out why

did you check file permissions? please make sure the lock icons are in admin line!

Indeed it is page permissions.  Under 5.05.02 the page permissions had all been set. When the 5.06.03 upgrade installed, it changed the page permissions of every single page. The answer is to log in as host or admin and go page to page and upgrade the permissions, unfortunately we have some 100+ pages...

However, happy I am that nothing really terrible seems to have happened. I also had the dual references problem for the Telerik editor when I upgraded to 5.06.03
