For what it's worth, if I enable Basic Authentication, I am prompted to enter my user name and password and I am allowed in.

If I disable it and only enable Windows Authentication, the detailed error is:

Actually its's not the reply. But i am going through the same problem. I am complete new in Dot net nuke. just couple of days and my client wants Active Directory authentication for the intranet site. For that i install the extension for AD. Then I tried to activate it. But i could not. I am using dot net nuke 6.1 version. Since i am completely beginner for this i will be very glad if i could get the process to activate AD login in dotnet nuke.

Is it posible to use windows authentication without installing the Active Directory module.? Because I have a installation of a site that is far away from the company domain, it is in a different network. That's why I cannot connect the AD but I need sigle sign on.?

Thanks in advance.
