When I am using custom user controls within a DNN module (mydnnmodule.ascx)  how do I find/reference the parent dnn module control?  I cannot use me.parent (because my custom user control may be nested within other controls and may be dymanically added. Due to the DNN singe default.aspx page / mutiple DNN module structure I cannot simply reference the me.page

It there a simple way for me to find and reference the top most/parent DNN module control from within embedded custom user controls without having to hard code the UI control heirarcy structure
" if typeof me.parent.parent is ......"

Many thanks,
Les

Les, I recommend that you create a property (or multiple properties) in your control that you set in your module. This is the only way to ensure that your variables are properly populated.
