Hi Raj,

After reading your documents, I can tell you than OPC works exactly like PayPal! If you read the chapter "13.1 INITIATE A PAYMENT REQUEST TO SPP" from the OPC pdf document, you have to submit the form in a POST request to SPP. Instead to transmit each required value in a separate INPUT HIDDEN field like in the PayPal provider, you just have to create one INPUT HIDDEN field (PaymentXML) containing the values in XML (serialized from the PaymentData class).

Your requirements (from Word document) are mainly copy/paste from the OPC pdf document. The OPC document specify than ReturnURL, ErrorURL, .. have to be "specified by the client", you should read:  "SPECIFIED BY YOUR CODE" NOT by the Store Admin! Again, those params should be computed by your provider!!! Let me give you some examples to understand why those params should NOT be provided by the Store Admin...

1) DNN "reach" a page (internaly knows as a Tab) by it's Id (TabId) or it's page name (TabName) depending of the settings defined in the URLRewrite provider. If you move the Store Account module from one page to another one or if you rename a tab, the TabId and/or the page name will be NOT the same and your OPC provider will NO longer works because those URL's are defined in the provider settings!

2) If you want to use the multi-language feature of DNN, your OPC provider will NO longer works with localized pages because two localized versions of the SAME page DO NOT have the same TabId!

3) If anyone with the Admin right make a mistake by changing one of those URL's, your provider will NO longer works!

I could found dozens of other cases where your provider could stop to works if you don't compute those URL's IN YOUR CODE!!! :-) This is why those URL's are computed in the PayPal provider.

We (team members) are Humans offering their knowledge, their work and their spare time FOR FREE to benefit the community. It would be so particularly appreciated that your messages begin with "Hello" and end with "Thank you" or any other form of politeness. Ask yourself what your reaction would be, if you were approached by me (a total stranger) on the street to ask you something without saying "Hello" nor "Thank you"? After several years of services dedicated to the community, I begin to be tired to read requests without any form of politeness.
