Hello,

I have been struggling with an issue for a while involving the "My Enrollments" icon for unauthenticated users. When an unauthenticated user clicks on the my enrollments icon, rather than being directed to the login page they instead receive the following:

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.  Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /Default.aspx

If a user is authenticated they will not receive this error and will instead go directly to the my enrollments page. I can confirm that if I attempt to paste the entire link from an authenticated session into an non authenticated session that I receive this error as well. I am also able to confirm that I get a successful redirect if I try to go to admin.aspx or host.aspx in an unauthenticated system.

I don't have any redirects configured in user settings and I am using a user created login page with a single HTML module and authentication module.

Oddly enough, if I don't set the login page to my custom page in site settings, the redirect will work correctly. I have tried deleting my custom page a few times and recreating, but the redirect will break as soon as I add the authentication module. If I try to remove the authentication module from the page the page will continue to show an error.

I wasn't sure if this is something someone else has come across. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Billy,

What version of the events module are you using. I think I've put in a fix related to this in version 5.2.1 which isn't released as yet.

Cheers
Roger

Hi Roger,

We have 5.2.0 installed and the DNN version is 05.06.03. Thanks for the info, much appreciated. Any thoughts on when 5.2.1 might get released?

Thanks again,

No committed dates for 5.2.1, it is outside the teams control. I can imagine it could be at least 8 weeks away though.
