i am unable to post a screenshot my datepicker. what i am trying to say the jquery datepicker is working but the jquery ui css is not applied to the datepicker. now it is just showing the date and text without the background ui and arrows.

I've had this same issue - as long as the css is being called correctly - it should work as advertised.  View Source on the page - and if you can find the jquery ui link - click it- and make sure it displays all the css.  I've had it where it simply wasn't calling it correctly thus no css.

it checked the page source and it is link to /resources/shared/scripts/jquery/jquery-ui but it seems that there is only the js scripts inside but the images for the theme is not in the same folder. how can I go about linking the css for the jquery ui?
