Hello,
all of the errors are the same and indicate a problem in the CheckShowPath function of leftmenu (part of the minimal entropy skin) - it appears you're using one of the skin variants that use it -ive found one other report of a similar issue and they worked around it by replacing the 6.0 version of that menu with the 5.6.3 version

i.e. download a release http://dotnetnuke.codeplex.com/releas... and go to the admin/skins folder - copy leftmenu.ascx and leftmenu.ascx.vb into the same folder of your 6.0 install (overwriting 1 existing file)- now remove the leftmenu.ascx.cs file. Now try to run the site and see if that resolves.

If you could please let me know if this works I'll log this as an issue to get fixed.

From the errors -  they're all on the LeftMenu - "object reference not set to an instance of an object" -- I'm thinking if you go into your skin and remove the LeftMenu control - you'll at least get your page back up.  Not familiar w/ that control myself - maybe Cathal can shed some brighter light on it.
