Hello..
I'm configuring the Forms and List to show items which have an effective and expiration dates.
I'm using the filter of [Effective Date_udt_Ticks] <= [Ticks:Now] AND [Dead Line_udt_Ticks] >= [Ticks:Now]
This seems to work fine.  BUT, once an item is expired, I can remove it from the list.  How to I go about doing this without first having to remove the filter, remove the item, then re-add the filter.
Thanks.. -Jeff

A simple way would be to create another copy (reference) of the same form (list) on a different page that either has no filter or filters for the opposite conditions.  From there you can edit or delete those items.  You can set the permissions on that page so that it is only displayed to whoemver is the administrator for the list.

That'll work..  I was able to set this up just as you suggested..  Thanks..  -Jeff

Surpirsed there isn't a Negate permission/feature "Filter Statement" for Administators setting so something like this wouldn't need to be configured as such.
