Hi,

We are currently using DNN Community version 6. However we are planning on purchasing the Professional version very shortly.

What is the best way to upgrade from Community to Professional?

Thanks,

Dane

Treat DotNetNuke Pro as an upgrade version of DotNetNuke.  To perform the upgrade, just extract the Upgrade package over the top of your existing DotNetNuke Community Edition (make sure you have full database and file backups).  Then go to http://www.yoursite.com/install/insta... This will force the installation of all the DotNetNuke Professional bits.

Once you signup for Pro, there is a Knowledgebase article which covers the upgrade process in more depth.
