Hello everyone

I've been searching for a module that can make a nice popup appearance somewhere on the screen, and provide a chat functionality used for customer support in a shop. I can't find such a module on snowcovered or anywhere else. It's either a popup, or something that looks like an online chat rather than a customer-support chat.

I know this exists, since I've seen it on several other homepages, but since I can't find it, I'm not sure if it exists in the DNN world.

If anyone knows anything about such a module, please let me know. Oh and if you think that's a great idea, let me know too - maybe I'll make the module myself if it doesn't exist :)

OnyakTech has a DNN based chat module. You can also use just about any third part chat solution (there is usually a monthly charge). In my previous company we used both boldchat and Velaro (they advertise on dnn.com).

You can basically just "drop in" a code snippet on every page or in the skin.
