I agree djb biz.

 How is this not fixed yet. Its been in place forever, you have a checkbox for admins to use that says "Allow Print", but were just suppose to not use it anymore and try to explain to our clients why all the sudden this feature stopped working. It should be a HIGH priority and should have been fixed months ago.

Just my two cents.

I noticed the print icon does work if you add a reference to the old action menu:<br /> <%@ Register TagPrefix="dnn" TagName="ACTIONS" Src="~/Admin/Containers/SolPartActions.ascx" %><br /> <br /> HTH

BTW, in that case you have to add <dnn:ACTIONS runat="server" id="dnnACTIONS" /><br /> Or the new  action menu will not show..

 ...and where do i put this to make it work?
So far i tried adding it to the container ascx file (default darkknight aside_title) but it makes no difference what so ever. :-S

Spend quite a few hrs now searching for whatever file i need to edit in order to fix that print icon and in the process ive been fiddling with the admin/containers/printmodule.ascx.cs as it seems to be where it chks up against securityAccessLevel and Mode.

None the less no matter what i do to that file it doesnt change anything, i tried commenting out all the "if"s in order to have the action controls shown regardless of what SecurityAccessLevel and Mode, but it didnt chg a bit, the print icon is still shown to admin users in all modes while the anonymous gets squat. :-(

As long as this major bug has low priority in the bug reports, i dont think we'll see no fix anytime soon and it wasnt even done in the latest version 611.

So is there any DNN developer here who would be kind enough, to at least point me towards the file im looking for, in order to accomplish the task of reinstating my print icons where i want them and thereby produce a proper workaround for this matter which seems to be causing trouble and frustration to a lot of DNN users?!?
