I upgraded to DNN 6 on the main site when I click on Login nothing pops up. I try to log in on the main site and nothing happens at the front end. The interesting thing is that my users (not admin) are able to log in on our main site as well as portals they just need to refresh the page after loging in.

here is my eventLog

The issue is being caused by something on you skin - do you know what SKIN and MENU provider version your site is using currently.

The error is being reported because of an error that is occurring when the DDR menu provider tries to work out the layout of your site - which is different for admins as opposed to regular users.
