no, resx files dont support inline code. If you are concerned about losing the changes on a module upgrade id suggest creating your own module (or httpmodule)

Ok, lets make it more complicated. And same ascx scenario. What if module is shared accross a few portals hosted under same dnn instance? Can i compare some value of portalid and provide a title with it?
