Logged in as Admin, trying to add a new user, went to Tools->Add User, got this:

what's up and how do I correct this?

it looks like the user admin page has tried to edit a host user, which you dont have rights to. Are you going to admin->user accounts and clicking on a new host user?

I don't see an option in Admin->User Accounts to add any users.

I was able to add a user using the register functionality but when I log in, it says Access denied to my home page even though I have it set for registered users.

please make sure you're in edit mode (top right hand side) -the option shows when you hover over the manage button
