Seems the error is affecting a number of us. Anybody found a fix yet? I've got it on a new 6.01 install upgraded today to 6.1 and only shows up for all the portal admins above portal 0 (portal 2+)

I had this issue... there was no user on that portal with 'Administrator' assigned to them. So the drop down menu on the portal site settings page was empty not showing an Administrators.

So it was failing.
