Can I configure autologin for intranet users and standard authentication for internet users? Or is there a autologin based on IP? Or a way to login via URL parameters?

Sorry for my bad English.

Yes you can, presuming that you are talking about autologin using Active Directory.  You will want to install and enable the Active Directory Authentication Provider.  It's been a while since I've looked at it, but it's relatively easy to configure, has some decent documentation, and the forum support here is excellent if you need help.
