Attempting upgrade from 5.4 to 6.0.01.  Had some trouble copying files (host migrated IIS server and had to fix some settings).  Now I'm getting this error.  Any ideas (other than don't try an upgrade during/right after a server migration)?

Server Error in '/' Application.
