I'm not sure what is wrong with my site.  I updated an early version of 5.0 site which worked fine, but since updating to 6.0 (and now 6.00.01) logging in does not redirect anywhere.

If I use popups, the popup page stays up.

If I disable popups, after you login, it remains on the login page.

In both cases, if you fail to login, the failed login message stays up after the successful login.

In all cases, you simply have no idea that you logged in correctly.  Obviously, the DNN home site does not behave this way, so I must have something wrong - can anyone suggest a cause for this behaviour, and hopefuly something to fix?

Thanks.

- Clinton

Found the problem.  Turns out DNN 6 will run with ASP.NET 2.0, but SHOULD be run against Asp.Net 4.0

For some reason, the redirect does not work with 2.0 but does with 4.0.  Go figure.
