So I am looking to convert a navigation to use the DNN Nav.  This is for a new website we are building.  The navigation that was sent to me has the top menu items:

For example:

Home         Delivery         Issue                etc
                        Modules             Management

Where the first item in each menu has a larger font size... and the second line is slightly smaller with a different color.

Is this possible to do with DNN Nav?  If so, how?

Thanks...

I am not an expert on design, but I think you can do this by changing the css files.

Thanks for the reply....

And i would be styling it by CSS... but how in this situation?

How do you tell the menu item (.mi) what should be on the first line vs the second line? I don't know if there are any css attributes for this?

Take a look at this link: http://mikevdm.com/BlogEntry/Key/New-...

I believe you can use .mi0 and .mi1 to target the first two menu items. Not at all sure, but, you may have to render this as an unordered list as also mentioned in the previous article and on my blog: http://www.ralphwilliams.com/home/ent...

If that doesn't work, you can always use jQuery to target the first two items and add some CSS styling to it that way.

Just re-read your question and I see that I misunderstood.

You can specify the size that you want for the main menu items, then override it for the submenu items.

.mainMenu .root a {font-size:14px;}
.mainMenu .m a { font-size:12px} This should work.
