Issue:  I would like to create a new project to make a user control that I will use in DNN6.
But I always get this error:
"this version of telerik radcontrols is intended for use only in dotnetnuke"

Question:  How do I get Visual Studio to recognize that the project I'm building is for use in DotNetNuke.

Background:
Here's what I've done so far.
1. Created an Empty Web Appliction in VS2010
2. Added an ASCX file
3. Referenced Telerek in the ASCX file
     <% @ Register Assembly="Telerik.Web.UI" Namespace="Telerik.Web.UI" TagPrefix="telerik" %>
4. Referenced the version Telerik.Web.UI that comes with DNN6 in the Project References
5. The code behind inherits from
     DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.PortalModuleBase

What am I missing?

I've ran into this issue before but it was because I was referencing Telerik Assemblies in GAC and not the specific Telerik.Web dll in DotNetNuke bin directory. I would double check my references.
