Hello Forum ;

I've tried the solution given by Kevin by adding  the following on my dnn 6.1 :

DotNetNuke.Framework.jQuery.RequestRegistration();
DotNetNuke.Framework.jQuery.RequestUIRegistration();
DotNetNuke.Framework.jQuery.RequestDnnPluginsRegistration();

to my Page_Load of these components:

CONTROLPANEL:CLASSIC Admin/ControlPanel/Classic.ascx
CONTROLPANEL:ICONBAR Admin/ControlPanel/IconBar.ascx
CONTROLPANEL:RIBBONBAR Admin/ControlPanel/RibbonBar.ascx
ControlPanel DesktopModules/Map/MapControlPanel.ascx

but unfortunately it doesn't succeedd,

any idea '... thanks a lot

Edward,

I did a series of 5 incremental upgrades and during those I too saw this error suddenly appear. That said, I am unable to reproduce it once reaching version 06.01.05. Have you resolved this in your testing? If not, perhaps try this version to confirm/deny if it was in fact fixed?

Dylan

We were having what appeared to be the same issue where the jquery javascript library as well as a couple of others were not being loaded. We resolved it by comparing a previous version of the web.config file we had to the one that is distributed with 06.01.05.

We noticed that our old web.config file that worked had references to the ClientDependency and ClientDependencyHandler and the new one didn't:

We added all of the missing sections that referenced the ClientDependency and ClientDependencyHandler to the new (06.01.05) web.config file and it worked for us again.

So, my suggestion is to check to see if the prior web.config had some references to the ClientDependency and then check to see if the new one does also.. That fixed it for us...

We were having the same problem where the jquery javascript library was not being loaded in 06.01.05 after doing an upgrade. So we compared the web.config before the upgrade to the web.config after the upgrade and noticed that the new web.config file was missing references to the ClientDependencyHandler.

We added the missing references in the new web.config file and it fixed our problem.

The following are some of the entries that needed to be added to the web.config to fix our problem:

There might have been a couple more. My suggestion is to compare web.config files to see the clientdependencies are missing in the problem site.
