I'm struggling with exactly the same error on an installation upgraded step to step all the way from 4.9.2 to 6.1.2 ... Have it been any progress in solving this issue? Any fix?

I am using DNN 6.0.1 also and getting the same "host settings unavailable" after a migration of sql server express DB from development server to GoDaddy DB Server.  dbo.vw_lists appears not to have been migrated to DB @ GoDaddy.  I've tried to query dbo.vw_lists into GoDaddy's DB but only get another error message. Anybody have a clue whats going on here?   .log.resource files tell me nothing.

Was this ever resolved and what was the resolution... I have a 5.6.4 server ready to be upgraded after this exact same failure from 5.6.1 (i upgraded to 5.6.4 incrementally after a rollback).
