Hello..
I see that there are 126 indexes currently created on our DNN live DB.

We have other DB's with indexes (obviously), and was wondering if we should include the DNN to the re-organize/re-build index jobs we have running on the database server.

Would there be any risk in doing this as well?

No, there would be no risk and it's a best practice to create a maintenance plan to at least update indexes, perform consistency checks and backup the database.You may want to consider using the plan to also reoganise data (fillfactors) and compress empty pages but these are of lesser importance IMHO
