I used the UDT to create a contact book because I want to have more columns than those in the Contact module. I added about ten persons with name, title, extension, email (so there are 10 rows in total). And it was fine at first. I came back to the contact book 2 days later and now there are 40 rows in total. The first 10 rows are titles only, the next 10 rows are extensions only, the next 10 rows are emails only, and the last 10 rows are names only. It is like the records are seperated into different fields. However, if I click on any of the rows, I see that it still has 4 columns with all the original data.

I logged in with different types of roles and still had the problem. Does any one has any idea? The UDT has no specific configuration settings, so I think this is a bug of DNN. (Im using version 4.x)

UDT stores each value in a separate record, therefore it looks like a sproc got corrupted or sth like this. which version of UDT is installed? please ensure, you are using latest release 3.2.0 (you can download it from our project page).

We fixed the problem. We are using version 3.1 with SQLEXPRESS. Maybe it has already been fixed in 3.2

It is a bug in the DB Stored Procedure "GetUserDefinedRows". There should be a line "Order by UserDefinedRowId" because in the VB code, it is assumed that the return set is sorted by UserDefinedRowId.

Thanks Leupold
