samrina,

My first guess is this is likely a caching error when a core function is trying to access an object that is not longer in the array collection.  When you touch the web.config or recycle the Application Pool in IIS you are restarting the application which will flush the cache and start over.

We will need more information to properly determine what is wrong and what steps you need to take to resolve it.
  • What version of DNN
  • Does every page show this same error when it starts happen.
  • What modules do you use on the pages that show this error

If you are still on DNN 4.8.2 it is time to upgrade. That version has a number of bugs and security fixes that have been patched. In fact that "index out of bounds" errors I believe were fixed in 4.8.3, though I would still recommend going to 6.0.1

HI

I got the solution after following your suggestion.

I upgrade the version 4.8.2 to 4.9.3

Hence still not error generate :: index was outside the bounds of the array.

Thanks a lot for your great suggestion/Solution.
