DNN is asp.net based - as such php is not really a compatible development language.

If you want to make a contact form without any coding at all have a look at the Form and List module that comes with DNN it does that sort of data entry form very easily.

You can run PHP pages in the same domain as a DNN site, but they can't be within an .ASPX page. The PHP must be on its own.
