I am looking for a help module for tutorials,  help requests/ticket system, feature requests, feedback, etc to put on my site.  I tried the help extension in DNN but it is limited.

I looked on websites like Snowcovered and have now idea how to chose one.  Does anyone have any recommendations for a good one. Any help on this would be much appreciated.  I don't want to spend days trying different ones.

Thanks,

Craig

Please check the extention Forge on Dotnetnuke.com and/or look at codeplex.com for free modules.  Also you can check the App Gallery to buy any modules, skins or others.

A other way is to develope your own solution or get a developer.

Hi Craig,

FWIW, I looked for something similar several months ago and couldn't find any one module to do everything.

In the end, I settled for the core Wiki module for tutorials, the core Feedback module for feedback and ADefHelpDesk (www.adefhelpdesk.com) for support/ticketing.

Thanks for the info. I am trying the Wiki now.

Is the home page suppose to be blank? I would think there would be links to content on the home page.

Thanks,

Craig
